Batch import events from Facebook, Meetup and LastFM into Drupal7 entities

1. Create directory with name refresher inside sites/all/modules.
2. Copy files to directory.
3. Enable the module and navigate to /refresher.
4. Choose API to import from and wait for events import progress bar to reach 100%
