cannot use with nixpkgs-terraform-providers-bin #94

I have tried to use this in conjunction with https://github.com/nix-community/nixpkgs-terraform-providers-bin to no avail.
I have tried a few things, but none of them are valid.
I would expect this to work:

  my_terraform = nixpkgs.terraform-versions."1.8.3".withPlugins (p: [

But it errs out.
