Steps to use:
- Install miniconda/anaconda
- conda create -n cisco-theme-jupyter -c conda-forge nodejs jupyterlab=4
- conda activate cisco-theme-jupyter
- pip install -i https://test.pypi.org/simple/ cisco-theme-jupyter==1.0.0
- Reload the jupyter lab page that was launched and theme should be activated
- If theme is not automatically activated for some reason, simply click Settings->Theme->Cisco Theme
