[FEAT] Add Config File

❓Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It'd be sweet to be able to configure this more granularly without adding a billion CLI args

📝Describe the solution you'd like
Add a config that can replace the CLI but still mirror it 1:1 (meaning new config features need CLI implementations and vice versa). This would allow me to add an option to swap between chrome and firefox easier, let users customize their output, and generally enable better growth of the repo.
