We should recommend cost controls to users and make them easy to configure:

• Warehouses should have monitors defined
• Warehouses should have a query timeout set (2-3x the duration of the longest query in last 30 days, maybe)
• Warehouses should have auto-suspend enabled with a low timeout
• Warehouses should be the right size based on recent (7 day) utilization
• Potentially catch expensive (select *) queries and report to users
