There are some times where the list of possible HAL-FORMS options is constrained by a PathVariable. I propose to add a PropertyCreationContext that would provide intel allowing to have more dynamic ways of creating HAL-FORMS metatadas.

To begin, this PropertyCreationContext would only expose the AffordanceModel#link.
