Hi, I'm Elian!
I'm from Melbourne, Australia, and I've always been interested in making "things" that are helpful to people. My background is in Forensic Psychology, but have sidestepped into Data Science over the past years. As I have moved toward being programming-focussed, those "things" have shifted toward developer tooling, such as my work on the vscode-R extension, or my experimental R packages.
I love working in open source, but with contract work, I don't often get to dedicate a lot of time to it. Ultimately it's what I am passionate about and want to give more time to!
