urls with "file://" get a "net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME " error #69

When in try to load a file inside my web page directly with a file://url, i get error on requests.

i have tried "--allow-file-access-from-files" option when launching browser, but no effect.

Here is logs from console :

send request: file:///var/www/html/wbserv/fichiers/7e3565cd3314f955a1.png
console: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

Any idea ?
