Depricated Release checklist:
- Update version in spine.coffee in dev branch
- Update version in package.json in dev branch
- Commit & push to dev
- Merge spine dev branch into master, & build
- Commit & push to master
- Tag, and push tags to master
- Update version in config/application.yml
- Push site
- npm publish
