Block type entry type setting: set project config name/handle/colour/field layout values to __entrytype__ instead of replicating

What would you like to see added to or changed in Neo, and why?

Currently, when setting an entry type to be associated with a block type, the name, handle, colour, and field layout settings of the entry type (minus the entry title field from the field layout) are replicated in the project config. It would be good to just set these to something like __entrytype__ and then update the database values for the block types when entry type project config changes are applied.
