Set up the Revit plugin so it creates its own Speckle ribbon tab and any required panels inside it.

@radumg since (I think) SpeckleRevit will be the one button, do we really need it's own Ribbon panel? Should it not go in the 'Add-Ins' panel? Don't know what is expected from Revit users.

For one button the Add-Ins ribbon is better suited, that's usually where people look first, too.

It could be placed in an ootb tab as well, e.g. "Collaborate" but I am not sure this is intended use and it will be a bit trickier to program as those are for Autodesk functionalities.
