Interactions preparations subforms do not sort some read only fields

Describe the bug
When going to any interaction form and trying to sort any of the read only fields under the preparations subview nothing happnes but if you try to sort a non read only field it does work. This issue seems to only be within interactions and not on the CO preparations form and does not apply to the quantity returned or resolved fields.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any interaction with exisitng preps or create one (e.g. loan)
2. In grid view click on 'quantity'
3. See it sorts by ascending and decending
4. Click on 'taxon full name'
5. See that it returns to the default sorting and does not change after that
6. Try sorting the 'Catalog Number' field
7. See nothing happens

Expected behavior
These fields either should sort properly or if there's a reason you shouldn't be able to sort them then you shouldn't be able to click the heading in grid view.
