Issue: When user tries to update their cache, they get the following error message:

"The cache could not be updated. Error MySQLSyntaxError Exception (you have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '-vp(imls-vpId int, 'Project_Number' varchar (64), 'CatalogNumber' varchar(32), 'G' at line 1)"
