"Follow User" button doesn't change state when we're following the user #18

because the data coming from Twitter's API is wrong, the state of the Follow User button doesn't get set properly on setup/activation. We need to work around this, probably by making another request to grab "is A following B" data.

Magically, this seems to be working again. Sigh.

This needs to be migrated to do a proper check on load, tho
