Better way to force locale on model using Laravel Resource Collection ?

Hello , I am testing this package and i was wondering if there is a better way to force set locale on the models when returning collection of resources ? The use case is data edit in dashboard for selected locale .

Now I am using this approach , but i am not sure is the best one .

Get The Data

$locale = $request->locale ?: app()->currentLocale();

$t = HB::usingLocale(
    $locale
)->get();

return new HBCollection(
    $t, 
    $locale
);

Convert Data To Resource

class HBCollection extends ResourceCollection
{
    protected $locale = null;

    public function __construct($resource, $locale = null)
    {
        $this->locale = $locale ?: app()->currentLocale();

        parent::__construct($resource);
    }

    /**
     * Transform the resource collection into an array.
     *

     */
    public function toArray($request)
    {
        return $this->collection->map(function ($hB) {
