Implement Buying and Selling of Unsparked AI Agent tokens

For context: unsparked tokens are tokens that have not met the SRK sparking target.

Tasks:

• @aldrickb to implement custom DEX contract
  • Here is the UnSparked AI Contract, and the UnSparked AI Proxy Contract
  • The following contracts serve as the entire mechanism of the DEX and the platform where the UnSparked AI Proxy Contract will interact:
    • FFactory Contract
    • FFactory Proxy Contract
    • FRouter Contract
    • FRouter Proxy Contract - this is the entire logic contract of the SparkAgent Platform (where UnSparkedAI Contract will interact)
• @aldrickb to implement sparking target (tentative: 150M SRK)
  • Here is the SparkedAI Contract, and the SparkedAI Proxy Contract that will eventually interact with the Camelot DEX's contracts.
• @bernardhistorillo to integrate the smart contracts in the app
• @kbaldo to include in Create UI for the AI Agent page #3
