We should provide an example of starfish processing multiplex RNAscope assay to the docs.

I have some example data, @mattcai ... let's make sure you can build a pipeline, then we'll see if we can share the data through starfish.data & build a tutorial

Issues #1870 and #1871 were discovered when building pipeline for preliminary RNAScope data. They will need to be fixed before moving forward.
