The "setting up CI" page asserts that you can git clone https://github.com/spacetelescope/notebook-ci-template.git

This repository does not exist; @TheRealZoidberg, I can clone your notebook_ci_template repo, but I notice you have a newer ci_demo repo as well. Which is more suitable for migration to spacetelescope?
