PII Should Be Censorable With a Click Of a Button

Should be a way to censor all PII with a click of a button so that logs bans and such and been screen shotted for ban appeals etc. Should be pretty easy with some JS

It'd be nice to eventually have a perm specifically for PII so something like this would be part of enabling that

Yeah I wanna do something along the lines of a user setting that uses local storage to keep stuff like dark mode setting and such, not really much to add there now tho
