Add automated test of Nav2 on mars rover to CI #125

Currently the Nav2 demo is building and can be run manually, but it isn't being tested as part of CI. We should add an automated test which launches the demo and sends a goal to the rover, then checks to make sure it gets to the goal location.

This could be an acceptance test to meet the requirement for this issue: space-ros/docs#32
