Github dark mode extension updates tracking issue

Plan

Quick fixes to make sure the extension works with github dark mode. We obviously can't tell how many customer users have enabled dark mode.

Issues

(In order of priority)

• Codecov line decorations are not readable in GitHub dark mode (#61) (#1655)
• Github dark mode makes git blame anonotations hard to read (#16559)
• Command palette is unreadable in dark mode (Command Palette unreadable in github dark mode #16594)
• Fix browser extension hover tooltip in GitHub dark mode (#16554)

This is likely (at least partially) fixed but I don't know if this was released yet (it's in main). @marekweb what is the state of our release pipeline? If it's not automatic, have you recently done a manual release or is one upcoming?
