*) Cast some inputs to float (e.g. eps, mr)
*) Add warning for Windows 32 bit python 3.8
"Can not build MinGW fortran *.pyd"
*) Subsonic Area Ratios
multiple output columns format.
problem rocket equilibrium o/f=5.55157,6.5
case=8 p,bar=53.3172 subar=1.58,pi/p=10,100,1000,supar=25,50,75
standard CEA there is a way to define subsonic/supersonic points
and get multiple EXIT columns, like this:
problem case=test2
rocket equilibrium frozen nfz=1 tcest,k=3000
p,psia=1000,
sub,ae/at=50,
sup,ae/at=50,
react
.....
and get THEORETICAL ROCKET PERFORMANCE section with extra points
CHAMBER THROAT EXIT EXIT

-2541.15 -3039.92 -2541.19 -6059.97
is there a way to do so with rocketCEA?
*) OpenSuse requires Permission to open
/usr/lib64/python3.6/site-packages/rocketcea/temp.scr
Move temp.scr to user %HOME% area
*) Mixture Ratio Range calculations (show TDK influence)
*) propellant MR recommendations: http://www.braeunig.us/space/propel.htm
*) get historical MR values from: https://engineering.purdue.edu/~propulsi/propulsion/rockets/liquids.html
*) remove fortran fast calc... replace with M_Pool logic.
*) make rocketcea HELP launch web browser help.
PRISM updates with "make_dist.bat" file.
could put in... UPLOAD_TO_PyPI.BAT like PyHatch
*) make a jupyter notebook
*) Simple summary output
*) add ability to "omit" species
*) add ability to make blends of multi-part cards.
*) Assure compiled py_cea for:
2.7, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7 windows 32bit (got 2.7, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7)
2.7, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7 windows 64bit (got 2.7, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7)

2.7, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7 linux 64bit (got 2.7, 3.5, 3.6)
miniconda 4.2 is py3.5, > 4.2 is py3.6
*) test pip install rocketcea
