如题，更新到1.1.8.1版本之后，文章内的图片懒加载效果动画会出现BUG，动画不会正常的全屏加载，而是在图片位置的左侧缝隙中显示。（可能描述的不合适，但我测试过，可以新建一个文章，文章内添加一张不存在的图片，就可以看出来了）
之前版本如果图片不存在或者加载慢，就会一直显示懒加载动画，但这次出问题了
