Setting a DEFAULT country for store VS prices in exact DEFAULT country

I have problems with the store configuration or I don't understand how to do it correctly. I haven't found a guide anywhere that would answer the question of how to configure a store for a specific country.

In my case it is Poland.
The store settings look like in the screenshot below.

So I have "Cart tax country iso" set as Poland and the default currency is PLN.

Let's go for setting the product prices (please ignore the message about missing translations, I'm preparing a PR with all translation and will ask you for CR).

I need to set the price as for any country. If I set the price for Poland only, I'll have a message on store interface that the product is not available in my country. Why is that?
