The link in discussion session shown as Jira link only.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Discussion' session of migrated items
Click on 'link of attachment in discussion comments'
Llink shown as Jira link only

Tool version

Version as jira-azuredevops-migrator-3.0.115

Support for attachment links in comments has not yet been implemented. Marking as feature request.
