SELI Courses: filters doesn't work correctly

While filtering courses when i choose a user, sometimes it's not change anything or show different courses.

Expected Behavior

Filter by user and other filters should be work, searching correctly.

Current Behavior

Filter by user don't work and happen a reaload and redirect to home page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to menu "SELI Courses"
   

2. Search for an user in main search field, like example below.

Google Chrome v85
