Per each metadata record display its conformance with: INSPIRE with link to the validation report. This should be displayed for authorised users only.

Dedicated labels such as: data download available anonymously/authorised/not would be preferable for general audience... Maybe we can find some inspiration for visualization of these labels also here (https://www.geolabel.info/About.htm)
