Links to Prepare ETS config for core metadata validation

DoD:

records are validated against core metadata profile
records that are not compliant with the core metadata profile are not displayed in the Catalogue
log from the validation is available in Hale admin console

As soon as the minimal metadata profile is established, we can consider not to include a resource, in my view the minimal profile should be:

identifier (can be title)
title
date
contact
isreferencedby (catalogue source)
