Taken from GA Task 2.3

In order to give personalized answers SWR would need to build up a personal profile of a user.
A simplified approach is that the user enters the portal by indicating some basic parameters about him/her (information for farmers/researchers/officers), country of interest, topic of interest

precise is difficult to measure
