we've noticed some datasets of Flanders on soil are available through the european data portal, which are not in the inspire geoportal, suggestion would be to harvest from sparql endpoint of data.europe.eu to retrieve these resources, with a filter on 'soil'

relevant dataset is bodemdiepteprofielen which is in data.europa.eu, but seems not on inspire
