Document Rename Issue with Uploader plus #142

Whenever we normal upload(without uploader plus configuration), it will automatically add suffix in file name if same name file is exist but when we use uploader plus configuration, it is throwing error instead of rename.
What change is required to automatically rename file is same name file is exist?
