Missing function in Master_Function.py

Dear Sofien, I'm really enjoying your book!
Please note that the "signal" function on page 14 is missing in the Master_Function.py file, and therefore raises an error.

Hi Vadim, Thank you for your feedback! The signal function in Page 14 (Moving average crossover) is just an example and not really intended to be used as it's a trend following strategy. However, I just added it to the GitHub in case it is useful to anyone reading the book. Hope you have no issues with the rest of the code.
