Issue/Feature Description:

  • The Cloud volume for AWS GP2 should be >=1 GiB. Dashboard doesn't allow to create volume <10 GiB (admin)
  • With non-admin user it works fine.

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
To maintain vendor spec consistency

How to reproduce, in case of a bug:
Log in as Admin and non-admin users.
For different users, try creating cloud volumes with GP2 type and provide sizes.
