Multi-dimensional view communication

Provide the way to open a view from another tool with:

• a time selection
• an event producer selection
• an event type selection

This issue is a pre-requirement for the ideas in issues #108 and #147.

This issues implies enhancing the pub/sub with a new message able to contain all the three dimensions cited (time, producers, types). Currently only a time interval and the trace are passed.
For this issue, the switch is still manual.

Issue #108 proposes a tool for synchronizing different views/tools.
Issue #147 proposes to hardlink different views/tools.
Both these issues should be re-thought considering the burden in term of data-loading generated by small modifications performed by the user.
