Issues from Mike and Joe:

Modify horseshoe lifting fixture to clear controller
Modify lens cap so hose fixtures clear cart
Add pin to steady dewar during hoist
Configure and use new shipping case
Fill wand is a little leaky.

As of Sep 22, 2022 the new shipping case has been configured. Other issues being addressed.
