Unsure if this is a setting within Snyk or within the Backstage plugin, but it would be great for Snyk links to go through our AWS SAML login rather than getting directed to a Snyk login page that requires 2 flows to go through SAML login i.e. Login through SAML and enter email address.
Currently we have Snyk authentication tied in with AWS and when we authenticate it does the SAML auth instantly if an AWS user session is active, if not users will have to auth in as usual. It would be ideal if the Snyk integration could redirect to the AWS SSO auth endpoint to validate Snyk session.
Additional context
We are starting to use Backstage in our organisation and currently have Snyk setup, so it would be good to reduce the amount of steps it takes to get logged in.

Hi, this is more of a Snyk thing. I'll try to think whether there is something we can do from the plugin side, but it'd be more of a redirect logic needed on the Snyk platform side. I'm going to check with the team whether we could do something from our this side by somehow expressing a preference in the plugin configuration or something that could be passed in the URLs.
Thanks @aarlaud, I will try raising a support ticket with Snyk in the mean time but if there is a workaround in the plugin side of things - that would be amazing! Appreciate you getting back to me
