[🙏] Summary Tile for Overview Page

Describe the user need
I want to help my engineers understand when they need to give extra attention to their service's Snyk projects. Being able to provide a single tile summary would enable us to provide an alert and hook for more details right from the service overview page.

Describe expected behaviour

A small green/yellow/red indicator with issue counts would be sufficient.

Ack. That would be rolling up the vuln count across all the different projects then? Like 3 vulns on the package.json, 5 on pom.xml, so the tile would show 8 kinda deal?

Following up on this, the current overview tile doesn't give you what you're looking for?
