Cannot connect to my personal snikket instance

Hello, i set up a months ago, my personal istance of snikket. Everything is work but now i can't connect to my instance: chat.example.eu.
The service works, i can use chat and calls. If i try to connect on my instance receive this message:

Welcome to nginx!
