Updating circle name does not update default group chat of circle

On "Circle information", if I update the "Name", the name of the default group chat is not updated in the client. With #91 I guess I could change it, but for now, i guess i expect it to automatically change. If this expectation doesn't matcht the design of this, shall we add some information to clarify the relationship of the circle name and the default group chat of the circle?

I ran https://gist.github.com/horazont/1e80c64315dc67dc091ad037914cafd1#file-grant-circle-room-ownership-sh and then everything seemed to hang, no clients could connect and then the default group chat name did update! Hopefully helpful additional data point...

Updating the circle name should definitely update the group chat name, so this would be a bug.
