Call Hangup Issue

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

If I call someone and hang up before they answer, it will not terminate the call.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Call any number
• Hang up before other side answers
• Call will continue with no input from my side

Software versions:
