External Storage Acces Permission Error

Hello, i've encountered an issue regarding sending voice messages and taking photos and videos directly via app. Whenever a try it says i need to give permission to acces external storage, however upon looking on the permissions on android for the app there is no such permission available. Even when i try to attach an image or video i get the same error.
I'm using a samsung galaxy tab s7, android 13.

The screenshots are in Portuguese, however it should be pretty much the same thing in english.
