Show intensity in peptide overview

Have a way of showing the cumulative intensity for each backbone cleavage site. This could either be done lumping all ions together for that site (abcdvwxyz+neutral losses etc) or by groping them by ion type, but for the latter the display of dvw might be harder (or nonexistent?).
