Add a button "What's new in Hesperides"
Which describes for every Hesperides version the added features
using introjs framework

Suggestion : inclure le changelog sur une page du front (le menu Aide ?).

RAF: mettre en valeur le CHANGELOG en rajoutant par exemple un cookie qui détecte lorsqu'une nouvelle version est déployée et affiche une icône "new features" dans la barre de menu en haut à droite.
