after clicking on the petri diagram in the sidebar, let's load the SVG instead of the large PNG #16

currently clicking the petri net thumbnail brings up the 150dpi PNG.

Now that hello.py also generates SVG from DOT, let's wire things up a little differently so clicking on the thumbnail brings up the SVG.
