Make the fax number field wider to show the department

When the SMC data was originally imported, the fax number field accepted a department name. Now that fax number is an object with separate number and department fields, when you try to update an entry that has the department with the number in the same field, the admin interface will display an error message that the fax number is not valid.

However, because the fax number field is only wide enough that it only shows the number, it's not clear what is wrong about the number. Making the field wider will make it more apparent that the department should be moved to the department field.

The error message should also be updated to let the user know that the error is possibly caused by the presence of the department in the number field.
