What would you like to be added

Consider adding a verification web hook to check validity of pod identity annotation against namespace to bubble up errors to kubectl at manifest application time.

Why this is needed

Currently, users have to tail the autocert controller logs for potential errors with namespace/identity mismatches and other errors. kubectl will fail more or less silently.
