A data table that should render data as table if there is enough space, and as grid if not.

features:

table view on desktop, grid view on mobile, with breakpoint option on when to do what
based on Tanstack Table / Tanstack Virtual
easy interface
action button support (end of row or bottom of grid card), actions send events with the following data: action, row model
