目前注册大多数服务注册时都使用同一个地址,同一个地址的服务没必要注册多次地址,如果服务较多时,如果有很多client请求时会对etcd等服务发现的程序造成较大压力

这个可以sync pool的， etcd的cpu 压力瞬间小了
