hi~Can I ask you some questions?
When I code as you wrote:
PlasFlow.py --input Citrobacter_freundii_strain_CAV1321_scaffolds.fasta --output test.plasflow_predictions.tsv --threshold 0.7
The conda tips me that it's not a effective directive。How can I solve it?
