Indicate stale results #12

Currently we keep results around even after the user updates filters, until they hit "Submit" again. This is pretty confusing.

There are a couple of possibilities:

Clear results whenever they're stale (easy)
Show some kind of "stale" indicator (medium)
Implement result history (hard)
